FALQ - Frequently asked Lacrosse questions

Paragraph?

Q: What is The Lacrosse Space?

A: The Lacrosse Space is a UK-based online hub created to support lacrosse players, coaches, and clubs of all levels. We provide resources, drills, session plans, development ideas, and connections across the UK lacrosse community.

Q: Who runs The Lacrosse Space?

A: The site is built by two UK coaches (Alex & Ali) who want to grow the sport and make it more accessible — especially for schools, new clubs, and areas without strong lacrosse infrastructure.

Q: How do I find coaching resources or session plans?

A: Visit the Coaching Resources section in the main menu. You can filter to find relevant drills by skill focus (stick work, defence, shooting, etc.) and also find session plans.

Q: Can I submit my own drills or coaching ideas?

A: Absolutely — we love contributions! Head to the Contact us page, tell us what you want to add and we’ll add it. We will credit anybody who shares ideas!

Q: I want to write an article / have an article written on my club. Is this possible?

A: Absolutely, we want people to get involved. Head to the Contact us page, tell us what you want to add and we’ll add it. We will credit anybody who shares ideas! We are always looking for clubs and coaches to interview so please let us know if you want to be part of this.

Q. How often is new content added?

A: We’re aiming to upload weekly with new drills, articles, and quizzes — especially during the UK lacrosse season.
