Defensive Transition Retreat Drill
This drill is excellent for teaching defensive players to get back in the zone ahead of their players
and the ball. The objective is to either beat your player to the hole to prevent the shot or the
development of a fast break.

6v6 Line Dance in Circle
This objective of this game is to help teach defensive shift, sliding, movement and communication to support teammates and deploying double teams when appropriate in a constraints-based manner. The game can also be used to teach breaking slide patterns and avoiding or breaking double teams.

L-Fast-Break-4v3
The “L” Fast Break is the tried, true, simple, and effective way to capitalize on the 4v3 transition advantage. Offensively, it embraces spacing, and quick ball movement through drawing slides and dumping the ball.
Defensively, it requires quick rotations and covering 4 with 3.
