Arrow-T Defensive Footwork Drill

Princeton's associate head coach, Jenn Cook, takes us through the Arrow-T Footwork Drill. This help defenders train body movement including the hip shift needed to react to 1v1s.
Drill Description:
Set out cones in an arrow shape.
Coach points to a cone and player uses appropriate steps/footwork to reach that cone.
