A dodging obstacle course for some fun and a great way to toughen 'em up!
Drill Description:
✅ Level 1 Pool noddles
✅ Level 2 Checkers (good checks only though!) otherwise just waving sticks a bit creating some extra difficulty the dodger has to work around.
✅ Level 3 Defense with a pad (no stick!) - work on that good body defense!! #fundamentals

Variations
Can move from pool noodles to sticks (safe checks only) to rugby pads for more contact and pressure
