Triangle Passing

This is a great static stickwork drill with 3 players working on a variety of passes and quick reactions
Drill Description:
Three players are in a triangle with a ball each.
One is the post, the other two are base 1 and base 2.
The post player exchanges balls with base 1 and then with base 2.
This requires accurate passing, good communication and staying active.
Variations
You can vary the passes:
- left
- right
- change
- quicksticks
- btb
- twizzlers
